Maddie. Senior.

I had so much fun meeting Maddie and hearing about her upcoming plans out of state! It seems like yesterday I was graduating…and queue all the times I heard that when I was a senior ;) Thank you for trusting me to capture this special time in your life!

Hyatt. Newborn.

Oh sweet, Rennen. We have been praying for you for SO very long - what a blessing to be able to snuggle this sweet miracle! You are blessed with the best parents and big sisters any boy could ever have. We love you more than words!!

What a treat to get to photograph my (second, but who’s counting?!) cousin and her sweet family! It was a bit blustery but these troopers gave some sweet smiles, even if I had to work for them! :)

Bradham. Family.

Could my nephews be any cuter?! I can hardly believe how tall they’re getting. Wasn’t it just yesterday that we visited our first nephew Luke in the hospital as newly engaged couple? How was that almost 12 years ago?!

These guys were some of my very first photography clients all those years ago, and I don’t take for granted that they give me the honor of capturing their family year after year. Love you guys so much!

I also couldn’t pass up the opportunity for a cousin picture since I also had my crew with me for minis!

Strickland. Maternity + Family.

Congratulations, Stephanie and Drew on your beautiful and growing family! It was an unseasonably warm afternoon at the North Carolina Art Museum, but there wasn’t a single complaint from this sweet crew. Asher had me show off my singing abilities because he’d pull out those sweet smiles when I proudly sang the NCSU fight song, which naturally I had to do since he’s a UNC fan ;) Thank you for trusting me to capture such a sweet season of anticipation and joy!

Holder. Family.

Princess dresses and glam with beautiful light by the lake? Yes, please! I’m so grateful to be able to capture memories year after year of your precious family. Thank you so much for the honor and fun time!

Moore. Family.

Oh how I love my sweet Moore family! Last year these kiddos braved a frigid day in November, but this year we were gifted a beautiful (and even warm!) afternoon. Sadie’s enthusiasm and excitement for pictures melted my heart, and they were both such great listeners - way to make my job easy, guys! Thank you for the honor of capturing your precious family again.

Carberry. Family.

Being referred by an existing client is the highest form of compliment to me! I had so much fun with this sweet family. When mom and dad come to the session relaxed and open to having fun, the kids play along and we all have a great time!

Hyatt. SURPRISE! [Apex]

This is a moment we’ve been praying for for YEARS. I can’t contain my excitement for our precious friends and am so thankful the Lord has blessed them so immensely. I even came out of maternity leave to snap these at 39 weeks pregnant ;). Your entire family is glowing, Lauren, and we love you guys! Hyatt party of 5 coming in January!!

Wray. Family + Graduation. [Holly Springs]

Can it be that this stunning young woman is graduating high school?? It seems like just yesterday I met her amazing parents at church while she was navigating middle school. I blinked and time has flown! Congratulations, Bella - I know you’ll do big things and share your joy and Christ’s love with the world!

Grissinger. Newborn.

Children are such blessings, such miracles. If our path to children, including infertility and loss, allows us to walk alongside others on theirs, then I’m thankful for the pain. The best part of it is celebrating, and I’m overjoyed for these friends! Could Lidia be any more adorable? And those loving big sisters! Also, how amazing is this walking trail directly in their backyard??

Ilharramendy. Family. [Charlotte]

What a fun time with friends exploring a new (to me!) park! Justin and I traveled to Charlotte for a Maverick City Music concert (first time away from the kids…first time alone in 6 years!) We planned a photo session around it with Ashley, who we met at church almost a decade ago. She moved away, but we kept in touch, and she is now my mentor as a Beautycounter consultant. She has the biggest heart for helping others, and I’m so glad I was able to spend some time with them and capture their love. Thank you for trusting me capture this sweet season, AND for bracing the cold weather like champs!

Moore. Family.

I had quite the FUN session in Downtown Apex with this sweet family. Each Saturday morning they spend time as a family playing at the caboose, checking out the fire trucks, and snacking on muffins at Common Grounds. We even got to see a train AND a fire truck heading out for a call. It was a chilly morning, but these guys were troopers and so fun to be around. It was an honor to be part of this tradition, and I loved capturing these special memories!

Bailey. Family.

A sweet photographer friend sent this precious family my way when her schedule was full, and I’m so glad she did! These boys were the sweetest, best dressed little men. Tip - when mom & dad are relaxed, the entire shoot goes so smoothly, and these guys rocked it! It was such a treat to meet you guys.
